What to Do Each Day
Start with the "Must Do" Column. This will usually involve completing assignments on the website connected to our reading book, called "Go Math," plus occasional other assignments.
Once students have completed all of their Must Do's, you can use the activities in the "Can Do" column if you would like some extra resources that your child can use. These are mostly online games that practice the concepts that we are working on in a fun way.

Must DoThis is the website that goes with the math book we use in class. To log in, students use their 9-number (they should have it memorized) as the username AND password.
In Go Math, click on "Things to Do". You will see a list of assignments. Click on the name of an assignment to see the instructions. Then click on the name of the assignment again to open the lesson. Listen and follow along. When you complete a page, click the arrow to go on to the next page. When you reach a page that says "Personal Math Trainer" click on those words in the middle of the screen. This will open a new small window with problems to practice. When you finish the questions, click the X on this small window to return to the lesson, then click the arrow to go on to the next page. |
